Conversion Services Provided
Onsite Conversions All conversion prices are listed as if the conversion is done at our site. However, if you have data security concerns or would like us to perform the conversion on your system, you should consider our Onsite Conversions Services. We login to your PC using GotoMeeting.com and install the software and the respective license. We setup the software and perform the conversion. Cost: $495 (does not include software license) and that includes up to 1 Hour of conversion consulting. Additional Consulting is charged at regular consulting rates. An onsite conversion will be more costly than sending us the data. However, if you do not want to send us your data, this is definitely the best avenue. When should you consider an onsite conversion: If your data is sensitive and you do not want to send it to an independent party. If you cannot backup your database due to corruption issues in your ACT! database. If you are running on an exchange environment and desire to have the ACT! history items converted into Outlook Journal Items.
