Standard Conversion Services

A standard Outlook database is a database that has a standard form with possibly User Defined Fields added to it.
For these databases, simply purchase the standard conversion service below and we'll provide you with information on how to get the data to us. Please contact us if you have any questions.

The conversion process works in the following way:

1. Upon receipt of your purchase, you are provided with a unique, secure key that will serve as your encryption key.
2. Pack your Outlook .pst file to a .zip compliant file.
3. Upload the data to a secure area
4. Send us a confirmation of the upload with the appropriate data we request.
5. We perform the conversion and we upload it to our site for you with instructions on how to install the resulting ACT! file.
6. You download, install and everything is ready to go!

What data is brought over from Outlook to ACT!?

1. All Contact Field data plus all custom fields are brought over. Just specify the fields and their destination and we do the rest.
2. The body text of all the contacts are brought over to ACT! as a Note Entry. All Tasks and Calendar items are brought over.
3. Journal Entries, if any. Attachments in Journal Entries are deposited into the ACT! History field.
4. All ownership descriptors are brought over i.e. you won't lose the record of which user entered the note or history item.
