Where is the Off-Site conversion done?

Our company resides in Sunnyvale, California, USA. All conversions are performed here and are NEVER outsourced. When your data is with us, we protect it and after we do your conversion, we erase it. We use a high-powered Quad-Processor machine to do our conversions and we make sure none of your data stays around when the job is done.

Where is the On-Site Conversion Done?

The on-site conversions are done on a machine connected to your data on your site. We use gotomeeting.com to remotely access the machine and to perform the conversion. Since all the conversion software has been developed by us, there are no licenses fees, only conversion fees and consulting time for local conversion. Each conversion has a different machine memory/OS requirement so contact us before the conversion so that we can specify what is required.

How long have you been in business?

We have been doing conversions since 1997. We perform in average about 20-40 conversions/month.

When you send us your data, we guarantee the following:

• The data you send us is your property. We have no rights to your data.
• We will access your data for conversion purposes only.
• Once your data has been converted, it is removed from our systems.

• If after we have converted the data, you decide that the current configuration of your system, network, exchange server, or solution does not support the data converted.
• ACT! Conversion Services does NOT guarantee that Outlook/BCM or any other platform we convert to performs to your liking. It is up to the customer to measure the feasibility of the Outlook/BCM solution in the target environment. Our job is to convert the data.

Conversion Refunds

• Conversions, once made, are not refundable. However, if we have not done the conversion and you request a refund, there is a 15% charge for the refund. This covers for the credit card charges and our time processing your refund. If your request for a refund is 30 days after the date of purchase, there is a 25% processing fee.

Our Confidentiality Agreement

• The confidentiality agreement becomes active the moment we receive your data until we deliver it to you.
• The data you send us is your property. We have no rights to your data.
• We will access your data for conversion purposes only.
• Once your data has been converted, it is erased from our systems.
