- If after we have converted
the data, you decide that the current configuration of your system,
network, exchange server, or solution does not support the data
converted.
- ACT! Conversion Services
does NOT guarantee that Outlook/BCM or any other platform we convert
to performs to your liking. It is up to the customer to measure the
feasibility of the Outlook/BCM solution in the target environment.
Our job is to convert the data.
Conversion Refunds
- Conversions, once made,
are not refundable. However, if we have not done the conversion and
you request a refund, there is a 15% charge for the refund. This
covers for the credit card charges and our time processing your
refund. If your request for a refund is 30 days after the date of
purchase, there is a 25% processing fee.
